Nij Beets student Detmer Kremer receives NESCAC All-Academic honors

Detmer Kremer, a junior member of the men's track and field team at Bates College, received New England Small College Athletic Conference All-Academic distinction for the spring 2015 season. To receive NESCAC All-Academic honors, a student-athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing and be a varsity letter winner with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.35.

Kremer, 0, is a 2011 graduate of United World College in Mostar. He majors in anthropology.

"We had a terrific year competitively across all of our sport programs and the NESCAC All-Academic citations demonstrate that we had and equally successful year academically as well."
