Nell Houde awarded NESCAC All-Academic honors at Bates College

Nell Houde, a member of the women's swimming and diving team at Bates College, received New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) All-Academic distinction for the winter 2016 season. To receive NESCAC All-Academic honors, an athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing and be a varsity letter winner with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.35.

Houde, the daughter of John P. Houde, M.D. and Jennifer Rybeck Houde of Meriden, N.H., is a 2014 graduate of Lebanon High School. She is majoring in environmental studies at Bates.
