Max Millslagle awarded NESCAC All-Academic honors at Bates College

Max Millslagle, a member of the Nordic skiing team at Bates College, received New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) All-Academic distinction for the winter 2016 season. To receive NESCAC All-Academic honors, an athlete must have reached sophomore academic standing and be a varsity letter winner with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.35.

Millslagle, the son of Mr. John H. Millslagle and Ms. Vickery A. Viles of Bend, Ore., is a 2013 graduate of Summit High School. He is majoring in environmental studies and history at Bates.
