Lindsey Prelgovisk wins All-America honors at 2014 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships

Bates College swimmer Lindsey Prelgovisk received All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships, held March 19 to March 22, in Indianapolis, Ind.

Prelgovisk received All-America honors this year for her top-16 finish against the nation's best Division III collegiate swimmers in the 800-yard freestyle relay, in which she and teammates Sara Daher, Caroline Depew and Julia Smachlo finished 10th.

Prelgovisk, a 2012 graduate of Messalonskee High School, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. Prelgovisk of Oakland. She is majoring in art and visual culture at Bates.
