Caroline Depew wins All-America honors at 2014 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships

Bates College swimmer Caroline Depew received All-America honors at the NCAA Division III Championships, held March 19 to March 22, in Indianapolis, Ind.

Depew received All-America honors this year for her top-16 finish against the nation's best Division III collegiate swimmers in the 800-yard freestyle relay, in which she and teammates Sara Daher, Lindsey Prelgovisk and Julia Smachlo finished 10th.

Depew, a 2012 graduate of Western Reserve Academy, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark G. Depew of Hudson, Ohio. She is majoring in sociology at Bates.
