Bates student Jack Allard participates in fall 2014 study abroad program

Bates student Jack Allard of Ridgewood, New Jersey, spent the fall 2014 semester studying abroad in Denmark at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen.

Allard, a 2012 graduate of Ridgewood High School, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew B. Allard of Ridgewood, New Jersey. He is majoring in politics at Bates.

About 60 percent of Bates students study abroad, and the college offers access to academically rigorous and culturally enriching study-abroad programs in more than 80 countries.
